6.1: AS COUPLES

This idea is already present in Basic, with the calls Couples Trade and Couples Circulate. For example, Couples Circulate pairs up the eight dancers into four couples, and those four couples do the equivalent of a Box Circulate.
A-1 expands this idea to other calls by allowing the caller to put the words "As Couples" in front of any call where it makes sense, e.g. Walk and Dodge.
