3.12: FRACTIONAL TOPS
In the Plus call All 8 Spin the Top, which is used from a thar, everybody trades by the outside hand and then moves forward around the center until they meet the fourth person (the same person with whom they started).
The so-called fractional Tops are the same except that you go forward fewer people.
1/4 Top means to walk forward just until you meet the first person, 1/2 Top means to walk forward until you meet the second person, and 3/4 Top means to walk forward until you meet the third person. The first arm turn, before walking forward, is still 1/2 in each case.
