3.05: CYCLE AND WHEEL

Cycle and Wheel just combines all of these possibilities into one call, so that it can be done from any line of four. If your half of the line is a couple, you do a Wheel and Deal. If your half of the line is a mini-wave, you do a Recycle.
If the two ends of the line start facing the same direction, the one on the right goes in front of the one on the left, just as in Wheel and Deal.
