3.4: T-BONE BOX

In this example, some of the dancers in a box are facing head walls and some are facing side walls. This is called a "t-bone" formation.

The same rules apply as for any other box. Since the principles of Counter Rotate really apply to each dancer individually, it doesn't matter that different people are facing different kinds of walls. They each just do the same action that they would do in an ordinary box.

There is one leader facing a head wall, and one leader facing a side wall. There is one trailer facing a head wall, and one trailer facing a side wall. For each Counter Rotate 1/4, the people who are facing head walls will turn to face side walls and the people who are facing side walls will turn to face head walls. The leaders stay leaders and the trailers stay trailers.

The action for each dancer in this example is the same as in an ordinary right-hand box, except that some of the people are not holding hands with anybody.
