1.7: SIMILARITIES WITH CIRCULATE
Although Box Counter Rotate is different from a Box Circulate, there are several ways in which they are similar.

| They both start with a box. | |
| The result is again a box. | |
| Everybody walks forward into the next box spot. | |
| If it is done four times, everybody will be back where they started. | |
| The box can be right-handed or left-handed. | |
| There is no "boy's part" or "girl's part". | |
| The word "Split" is used to have boxes in each half of the square do the action separately. | |
